We took our mastiff x to kathy after recommendations from our vet as he had attacked a couple of dogs.. To be honest i dont know where to start. Kathy is an absolute angel. She not only cares about your dog but constantly checks on how your feeling and reassures you that you are fine. She will not push you to do anything you are not ready for and the communication threw out is second to none. Not only can my big boy now go and play with her huskies (which he had a absolute hate for..well i thought that before hand) walking him on lead is now enjoyable and not a chore anymore. Kathy is seriously a one in a million. Such a lovely kind hearted woman and i would seriously not hesitate to ever recommend her with absolutely the highest praises i could give. The only thing i can say to anyone having problems is listen to kathy. Kathy knows what she is doing and after 5 minutes you will see what i mean. Do as she says and you will see AMAZING results. Honestly kathy i am extremely grateful for your time and if im ever able to repay the favour in any way consider it done. We thank you from the bottom of our heart's.. Kathy is a phenomenal behaviour consultant and was able to help us achieve a huge improvement in our new rescue dog's behaviour within just two sessions. When we adopted our dog, he was reactive towards other dogs and some people. He would bark, growl and lunge when he saw another dog and we were in a constant state of anxiety when taking him for a walk. During our first session with Kathy, she introduced him to her most placid / aloof husky to assess his behaviour and quickly identified that he was actually highly interested in other dogs. His reactivity was primarily caused by frustration that he couldn't approach other dogs quickly enough! She taught us techniques to calm him down and then reward him by looking at or interacting with her dogs; introducing him one at a time to her more playful huskies as the session went on. By the end of the first session, he was off the lead playing with one of her more energetic huskies! By the end of our second session, he was off the lead playing with 3 or 4 of her dogs all at the same time. Of course, this was only possible because Kathy had correctly identified that our dog was not aggressive in nature and had given us the correct tools to manage these new situations. She also made sure we were comfortable each step along the way. This result took us completely by surprise and it made us so happy to see our loving, affectionate dog behaving the way he does with us outside with strangers. Kathy believes in bringing out the best in your dog's individual personality and lets this guide her approach. This is something myself and my partner really appreciate. Not only that, Kathy is such a warm, genuine person and it was a real pleasure to go through this journey with her. Within a month of our second session, we were able to start taking our dog everywhere with us - the park, beach and even the pub. He now makes friends everywhere he goes! We couldn't recommend Kathy more highly to anyone who have challenges with their dogs temperament/behaviour. Thanks again Kathy!

We adopted Rufus from the pound and at the beginning he was extremely reactive to anything moving to the point that based on the knowledge we had we couldn't find a way to manage him. Our Vet put us in contact with Kathy and it has been an amazing help. In just two sessions she gave us the guidance to fully recover our boy Rufus. We now go to the dog park every day and regularly to the beach and he is playful and obedient. He does not have panic attacks anymore and all he wants to do is playing and running. We would highly recommend Kathy to any dog owner struggling to manage reactivity. Having rescued a very frightened, reactive Mastiff X, Kathy's caring, guiding support, transformed our world in a way I would never have thought possible.
